I think it's mainly because there's both a stereotype that all males of all ages enjoy any kind of sexual contact with women all the time and that this also somehow makes boys immune to sexual abuse

Along with the stereotype that women can't be sexual predators and therefore are driven by benevolence when they do sexually abuse children (love, "teaching" him for his own good)

Fortunately, these stereotypes are at least starting to be questioned

These women are pulling children into an adult world they don’t understand yet. They’re supposed to be looking out for these children’s welfare. Instead they’re fucking them and partying with them, making them grow up too fast. They’re working out their own maturity issues with children instead of with mental health professionals. They should be ashamed of themselves.
