Study finds that when all conditions are identical, female applicants are favored over male applicants by 2:1 for STEM tenure. This wouldn't be possible in a system with systemic male privilege!

We should be trying to spread the story of the Canadian court who found the female pedophile non-dangerous.

Sarah Jeong is lying, her "cruel to old white men" wasn't a response to anything, she said it first.

When you hear a man say "my wife won't let me do that" or "I'm not allowed", that would be considered controlling/abusive if reversed.

Reminder- the Men's Rights Movement is NOT part of the alt-right, or connected to today's rally. We are not political in any sphere other than men's issues.

"The strange thing is that although the boys are on average better than the girls throughout the entire primary and lower secondary school, the figures show that even within this subject, the girls nevertheless end up with better average marks and examination marks,” says Solli.

She has no explanation to why this is the case, however."

What the fuck. Here an explanation: the fucking system is rigged against boys.

reminds me of the elementary school years. we always had a female teacher, who bent over backwards for any issues the girls were having. to boys' problems, her go-to solution was to loudly wonder out aloud 'why can't you be more like the girls' and ignore the issues.

at least for me the whole years 1 through 9 was always about about making it about girls. for example, in swedish classes we had to read books and then write a short paper about it. the books were systematically girls' books, like Kitty Drew (Nancy Drew in english?).

the boys weren't very interested about the whole thing in the first place, which was made worse by forcing them read girl books. i wonder why boys did so bad in those classes.

Home educator of five children here, I say GOOD. Formal education starts too early in general, and parents should not hesitate to delay a year if they think their kid would benefit. If I had it to do over again and wasn't worried about government interference, I would not start lessons until a child turned 7.

Anecdotally, parents do this in the US because they're more concerned with a younger, smaller boy being picked on than they are a younger, smaller girl.
