Interesting video. Two thing about it.

20,000 number is considered to be a low estimate not a up to 20,000 estimate.

Many circumcised men complain about being too sensitive already. When the circumcision scar healed the pain nerve endings grew rapidly leaving high pain sensitivity. These men would likely reject this because they don't want more pain sensitivity.
