Thousands of dads are left in shock as DIY paternity tests soar. Up to 30,000 tests are being performed every year, says Alphabiolabs. In the UK about 750,000 babies are born every year. Feminists want the test to be illegal without the written consent of the mother.

Mother-of-two, 40, falsely branded a neighbour a sex offender because he 'made too much noise building a guinea pig hutch in his garden'. It seems for many women if they do not get their way they make a false sex allegation knowing a man is not protected by the law.

"Their solicitor Harriet Wistrich said a ruling in their favour would mean the end to women being arrested for street prostitution."

Wistrich is the partner of feminist propagandist Julie Bindel. Also, note that the plan is to make it legal for women to be prostitutes, but illegal for men to pay for prostitution, a la, Scandinavia. Yet another anti-male law, in fact.

Could get interesting the first time a prostitute takes a man to court for non-payment.

"You see your honor, I was just following the law, she is allowed to sell me sex, and I am not allowed to pay her"

Any brits in here wanna try it out?

You can go to Sweden and try it out right now.

The have this regulation since a decade or more, if I'm not mistaken.

Canada is essentially the same.

End recording, end retention, end disclosure.

Essentially for a sex crime. Women deserve to rebuild their lives. What about men who commit sex crimes? Should they get to rebuild their lives too?

I don't understand in the slightest how this model of law applied to prostitution makes any sense. I mean, legalize it, sure. We can recognize that it's a victimless (at the transaction side) crime to exchange money for services, even sexual. But to criminalize the buying - that's just moronic and I can't see how that helps at all.

Legalization could follow on with better health care, more follow up and better relationships with authorities that could actually help women forced into prostitution. This keeps it essentially illegal.

This would be like making it legal for drug dealers to sell drugs... but illegal for addicts to buy the drugs from them.

It makes no fucking sense... Well, if you’re using reason and logic anyways. If you have a gynocentric mindset like a majority of lawmakers (and society in general) then I’m sure they found some way to justify it.

The title confuses me.

tl;dr arrest men and not women for the same crime.

Because Prostitutes are never male and women never buy sex.

Feminists want the UK to adopt the scandinavian model of criminalising the buying of sex but not the selling. Women will not be prosecuted but men will be.

Ah, I see. Well, that's a bit silly, isn't it?

Gangbanging drug dealers are the real victims.

They are arguing that the law discriminates against women. But then the rape law in the UK would also have to be abolished since it discriminates against men.

[–]RhogaDeArcane 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

This law is meant to curtail human trafficking and it is working in other countries. There is no gender bias here, unless you all assume women don't pay for sex. I can personally attest that they do.

Don't be stupid.
