Why is everything about this facts page saying women are victims?

A bigger and more important fact imo would be "men can get sexually assaulted too"

I don't know what's more disturbing, the unashamed gender bias or the fact that Ontario thinks these things are unknown enough to warrant dispelling.

If someone said to me "hey, did you know it's not ok to fuck a chick you find passed out?" I'd say "yes I do, what the fuck is wrong with you?"

If it really happened, the woman would be able to easily recount all the facts in the proper order.

So if she does have a clear "recollection" is that a sign she is lying?

Memory loss is common when alcohol and/or drugs are involved.

Maybe they forgot they gave consent?

Women with disabilities don’t get sexually assaulted.
