Why is anyone concerned about the dignity of a female handcuffed on the floor after having just assaulted an officer and resisted arrest? Would anyone complain if it was a man?

She didn't assault an officer, and the arrest she was resisting was for a completely bogus accusation that she had disrupted a public meeting, when all she had done was ask a completely reasonable question that happened to embarrass a guy who makes a lot of money off the taxpayers. The local authorities have already acknowledged that she won't be charged with a crime, because she did nothing illegal.

In this case, the woman was in the right and the men (both the man who ordered her out of the meeting and the male officer who arrested her) were in the wrong. Men's rights should be about true equality, and that means sometimes acknowledging when the woman is right and the man is wrong in a given situation. Posts like this give men's rights a bad name.

OP, there's no evidence of her assaulting the officer in this video, although she does seem to be resisting arrest. While I agree that this event is probably getting more attention than if it was a male teacher, I don't see everything happening that your post title says. Did another source clarify that?

If a police officer approaches you out of nowhere and starts to arrest you without you having done anything, would you not resist?

She didn't assault the officer.

She was the one Assaulted and pushed the floor,

She was confronting the superintendent and board why he was getting a 20% raise and the teachers get jack shit.

She is very right to complain after pay cuts and no raises for years while having to put up with increasing class sizes(21 now up to 29 kids). Along with more English Language Learners and Children who have been coded with minor to moderate behavioural and mental disabilities.

This woman was very calm and collected and is exactly how you want your children's teacher to behave. Nothing but support for this woman, and I have read a lot of online support for her from her community.

This is not a Men's Rights Issue. This is an issue regarding Use of Force by an officer. Though I am personally more concerned about why an unelected member is getting a $38,000 raise while those beneath him get nothing...reeks of corruption.
