I don't think I need to tell you why this is absolutely a horrifying absuse of the civil court system, they are using it to get around cross examination, for a lower standard of proof, and most of all to make an easy buck, and with a side order of fame.

Going through the civil courts tells you that they likely have no real case.

Someone has to stop this, but they won't.

I want to believe what they are saying, but their actions look more like collusion than anything, they are all over the media slamming this guy. It really puts doubt in my opinion

Yet another reason to go MGTOW.

When Aaron Clarey teases "VirginTow," he's correctly identifying a demographic within the MGTOW community that is using MGTOW as an excuse. But in a recent video, he spoke at length on the subject and why an ever growing number of men are saying enough is enough, and bowing out of a system that penalizes men simply because we're men.

There are many women in the office in which I work. Probably more women than men. Lots of women are in supervisory and management positions. I have no problem with that. But I socialize with none of them and avoid conversations in private as much as possible.

It's not because I dislike women, but because in the current legal system, a woman having a bad hair day could, years from now, decide to accuse me of some indiscretion. No female company is worth the risk. Not even if it would be limited to civil court.

Fellas, there is a tonne of evidence. But flashing your penis at your staff person before she goes out to speak to your sales force numbering 300+ is HARD to prove. Guy did it to staff (female actors) over several years. Enough is enough. The lawyers here selected a route that will stop the behaviour and rescue the business. A business built on many efforts and much public funding. Other legal routes perhaps would cause further turmoil to the company which is owned by taxpayers. It is a group project ruined by Mr. Schultz's interference with professional theatre work at the highest standard. I suspect this legal route was less onerous for the very company everyone wishes to protect.
