As a recent college grad about to be making good money, save a good chunk of it. The easiest time to set yourself up for financial security is at the beginning of your career. You're probably used to living on fast less than that. Spend some of it to enjoy life -- I'm NOT advocating living super cheap -- but at this moment you should be able to save a lot without really feeling it. For example, if you were living on $25,000/year as a college student, you could now live on $50,000 and save $30,000/year. If you start saving like that now, you'll never miss the money, because you're not used to having it.
