Straight up tell her that you think your parents only invited her over because they wanted the two of you to hook up. Ask her how she feels about being set up like that. At least amuse yourself.

And if you're too much of a cuck to even say anything honest to this girl, then ditch the whole party and go out and walk around the town and think about how you're going to fix your life. At least spend your time doing something productive. You should really read all the material on the sidebar. You probably won’t fuck this girl, so what? You haven’t fucked any other girl you liked either, she’s not special. I’ve had girls that I really really wanted that I wasn’t able to fuck, but I’ve fucked lots of other girls instead. None of them are special, not unless and until they’ve put the effort into building something with you.

You sound like you want to go cry in the basement, but TRP is not about that. I really doubt you’ll listen, you’ve probably been wallowing in self pity your whole damn pitiful life. So you’ll do whatever the hell you want, and you’ll reap what you sow.

But... If you’re ready to fix you so that you can live a normal life, listen up. TRP has the answers you seek. Read the whole sidebar. All of it. Yes, there’s a lot there, no you can’t read it in an hour. Lazy got you where you are today. Want to change? Can’t be lazy.

As you’re doing that, identify the problems you have. Begin working on solutions, most of them won’t be easy. Fat? Fix it, get to the gym and lift weights, #1 piece of advise here for a good reason, it works. Broke? Fix it. Live in the basement? Fix it. If you dress weird, have weird hair, or creepy piercings, fix it. What you’ve been doing clearly doesn’t work.

Talk to everyone, young, old, male, female. Practice small talk, give honest compliments. I’m pretty sure this is going to be a challenging one for you. Read up on body language and try talking to people (including female people) without creeping them out. This is a learned skill just like riding a motorcycle or playing guitar, the more you practice, the better you’ll get. Pay attention to the banter, remember what you said or did that skeeved them out and do better next time.

Never tell anyone else that you’re a virgin. Consider paying a decent hooker to change that, you could tell her beforehand, if she reacts like she wants to help, that’s a good choice.

Time for you to make a choice. Wallow in self pity and wait for someone to rescue you (they aren’t coming), or make the hard decision to fix yourself.
