Hopefully this isn't too weird or forward. I never post things but this is bothering me a lot. Also hope this is okay to post here. I was going to go to Ask Men but I see more controversial stuff here and hope to learn.

I guess I want to start with some background info. I originally subbed here to help bring myself some awareness about the inequality and utter horrific treatment men have been getting. I understand the feminist movement (the non-angry points, that we just want equality) because as a woman, I want to be treated the same as everyone else. Men want to be treated the same way as everyone else.

I very shamefully have a hard time wrapping my head about men's rights, but not from a social standpoint. I was just reading a post about a guy who basically reposted what a woman had written about not enjoying giving oral sex. The woman got a lot of negative responses about her husband. The man who posted got a lot of negative comments about himself, instead.

I've also been following other posts of women sexually assaulting or raping men, and how soxiety tends to just be like "oh well" or "LOL" and that didn't sit well with me. At. All.

There was another post from somewhere else (can't quite remember) of women reading from their favorite book while someone manipulates them with a hitachi wand. They read as long as they can until they orgasm. It made me think "what if this video featured men? What would the comments say then?"

So my question, in the simplest of terms, is how do you view male sexuality? What do you feel about your sexual experiences? Would you equate it to the rather romanticized female sexuality? (This is my main question, you can skip the thought processes below if you want)

Something that I wonder about is in regards to a comment on that man's post about his "wife" and how he refuses to give oral. One commenter said something along the lines of "You're missing something beautiful". My first thought was "yeah, its a beautiful thing!" But I stopped myself there, because of course as a woman I'm going to find most female sexuality as "beautiful". Thinking about a blowjob, on the other hand, I didn't think it was a beautiful/wonderful/connecting thing. I kind of think that's sexist of me.

What about the other end of the spectrum? It made me wonder, do men view something like oral sex in that way, do they also find it "beautiful" or is that more of a label created as a society for women's sexuality?

I'm really sorry about how ramble-y this is, I'm not the best at putting my thoughts down. I feel this type of question would be better talked about and explored in person as physically talking seems easier, somehow. I also don't mean to demean anyone here with this question, I'm just curious about how you view your sexuality as men.
