This is a stupid question. I already know what I have to do, and I already know how.

I have to get away from my current situation and the best method for me is soft nexting. My problem is staying dedicated to the cause. After a couple days tops I'm reciprocating contact.

My question is: how to stay true to my decision of soft nexting? How have you dealt with it before?

I'm almost deciding to hard next, but it feels pathetic not being able to do my desired method and having to go all out, just because I lacked self control.
