TL:DR I did a job, a manager destroyed company property, I left contact information to find out why they destroyed property, I get accused of sexual harassment because I left my contact information. My account to do work has now been suspended and I don't know what to do.

This week has turned out pretty horribly which is astounding because I thought it was going really well. It started with me having a simple work order and ended with an accusation of sexual harassment with me having little to no recourse which may end in me being homeless again.

On Monday I got a work order to go out to a store and decommission a bunch of printers as well as some other various items. It was a rush job and I was told to just go to the store and pack up everything right away instead of waiting for the deinstall kits to arrive(this is a very important part of the story). I go to the site check in with a female manager on duty whom I knew from the previous time I was at that site. She was friendly and we talked while I worked behind the counter to deinstall the two printers at the customer service area first. Nothing out of the ordinary happened other than me finding a electrical cable that was cut which posed a possible fire/safety hazard which I removed for her. As I finished up I told her I was going to be moving onto the other registers and she let me know she'll be by to chat more and see how I was doing if she didn't get busy which I again took as a sign of being friendly. I went about deinstalling everything else with her coming around multiple times to joke around about random things. I finished up, packed up everything into my vehicle and had her sign the paperwork. No big deal, nothing went around, there was absolutely 0 indication of any issue that came up and at no point in time did she indicate anything that I was harassing her.

Later on that day I get a call from the company that gave me the work order asking if I could go back to the store as there had been a massive mix up and instead of the deinstall kits being sent to MY HOUSE they were somehow sent to the store's location instead. I told them I could go back to pick up the kits but it couldn't be that day as I had another work order to do, and they needed to pay me to drive back out to the location since it's a long drive.

On Tuesday the next day I drive out to the location to pick up the deinstall kits. I go to the customer service counter like normal and ask to pick up the boxes that were delivered. The person behind the counter said that those boxes were destroyed/are gone and they don't know what happened to them. They go on to say that the female manager from the day before(the one that I interacted with) had gotten rid of them because I had left the site already. The packages weren't supposed to be sent to the site and I know I stated to the female manager about the priority of the work order and that the deinstall kits were being sent to my house. This didn't sound correct to me so I asked if there was any way I could contact the female manager from the day before. The person behind the counter started to find some kind of contact info and I told her(I remember this distinctly because I didn't want to seem creepy or anything since I have pretty bad anxiety with people) it's ok if there isn't I can just leave my contact info to give to the female manager so they can contact me. I call the company that sent me to tell them about the issue and I proceed to write out my information to be left for the female manager that was involved with the destruction of company property.

Other managers get involved at this point and the lady who deals with shipments tells me that the packages had been on site for a very long time which was why they were destroyed. I showed her the proof that they in fact hadn't even been on site for 24 hours after which she then said she was on lunch when they came in. I gave the company that sent me the information of the current manager on duty and I was told new kits would be sent to my location and that I could leave. I proceeded to leave and go do more work.

On Thursday I get an email stating there was a Level 1 violation claim against me which caused my account to be immediately indefinitely suspended until the investigation is over. I have no idea what this could be about because I haven't had a single issue at any job site/location i've ever worked at and I've worked hundreds of sites. I have a 100% job satisfaction rating. I am told I have to submit a ticket to start the investigation and there is no one that I can call to get any information about wtf is going on.

Later on Thursday I get a call from the company that I have my account with and it goes right into questions being asked of me. They ask if at any point in time while I was on site did I harass anyone or make anyone feel uneasy, was I told to leave anyone alone, did anyone request me to leave them alone etc... They then ask if I tried to get someone's phone number or leave my phone number. I tell them when happened but they didn't seem interested at all in it and weren't very helpful at all with letting me know what exactly happened.

Eventually I find out that someone at the job site called the printer company that requested the deinstall who then proceeded to call the company that sent me the work order or they called the company that I have my account with and claimed that I sexual harassed someone while I was working. Somehow by me leaving my contact information to talk to the person who destroyed the companies property is considered sexual harassment to people in our current society.

I have absolutely no idea what to do and if my account isn't unsuspended I will no longer be able to pay rent and will be homeless again. I'm a disabled veteran and it takes a lot for me to be friendly with people or to even just go out and do things due to my mental health issues. This has shattered what little bit of faith I had in humanity. If leaving my number in that way gets me accused of sexual harassment, than wtf is going to happen if I ever try to date again? How can things be this shitty where something that simple can be taken like that?

What do I do? What can I do? The various companies involved now think I'm some kind of sexual deviant so it's doubtful i'll ever get more work from them in the future even if this gets cleared up. I also lost out on A LOT of work since this happened with multiple calls to my phone requesting me to do work which I can't do since I can't accept jobs while my account is suspended. It has driven me even further into depression and back towards suicidal thoughts. Can someone tell me what to do or point to someone who can help with this kind if situation in my area(north dakota)?
