I fully agree on this one. Except that in the case of weddings, women want to be spoiled princesses even more than usual. Good luck with that.
That is just plain stupid. That is not taking the expenses into account and the split of those expenses. Math is all wrong, think again.
Justice should NEVER take emotions into account. It is (in my opinion) giving people the same rights/tools to settle their dispute. Your example only works if you consider that women are emotional creatures, which they are, but still.
Justice and clinical psychology and two very different things. Also labeling someone as something will prevent them from bettering themselves. Can you imagine being labeled an incel, a loser, or whatever, and never being able to grow out of it ? Sure Once a killer always a killer, but it is much more subtle than that.

What started as ways to improve/change relationships or marriages ended in what exactly ? Calm down, do your thing and if you ever get into a LTR, do it on your terms given the current system you're in.
