I lived in a townhouse with paper thin walls. Most nights I’d hear a guy sobbing and being whacked and screamed at from the unit next door. When I finally saw him he was an RCMP officer. What was I going to do? Report it to him? If male cops are being abused and nothing is done what hope is there for the rest of us.
