Under the project, white men in senior academic posts will be assigned a junior female colleague from an ethnic minority as a mentor.

Taxpayer money being spent to waste professional time and reduce productivity. God help us.

That has enraged me...notice none the publications reporting this shite allow comments, I wonder why.
