So this girl initiates conversation with me on POF. We talk, I get her number, she adds me on Facebook. Everything is good until she asks my age and find out I'm younger than her. She sends me a message about how she doesn't date younger men because they lack maturity, to which I reply that I'm not going to try and change her mind. So she immediately says we can still meet and perhaps be friends. I clearly said no and told her that I'm not on pof to find friends, we shouldn't take this any further. So she said it doesn't hurt to see I'm mature for my age and if there's connection, it could work. So we meet the same evening for coffee. I had to leave to attend an event with a friend at 6, I met this POF girl at 5 for coffee. NOW THE DATE. It went well, I hugged her as she came in, we talked for more than an hour, she was very comfortable talking about her life, so was I. There was however no physical connection and I left her with a hug and said I'd like to see her again, she said 'sure'. !5 minutes later, I get a text from her "I had a good time, you're so easy to talk to." I don't reply for 2 hours simply because I was busy in the event. I tell her I had a great time as well.

NOW, later that night, as I got home, I texted her, mostly because I wanted to schedule the next date. I asked her for Tuesday, she said she's busy, told me she has work and class. I said fair enough, some other time. Then I was going downtown so I texted her to kind of wrap up the convo and see when she's free, I wrote "Anyways, it seems I'm going out again, but it was great to hear your stories today, let me know when I can hear the rest." She just said "ok enjoy". I felt like the tone changed completely from very warm and eager to cold in couple hours. What do you guys think I should do? My tinder game has been weak lately and she's the hottest girl I went out with in last 3 months, and she also seemed so comfortable with me. So I was hoping to escalate with her over couple dates.
