Can you elaborate on what you see as the issue. Looks like the advice seems to be to sue the females who falsely accuse the male driver of sexual harassment.

The advice is about right.

He has no suit against Uber because they can, apart from discrimination against a protected category, activate or deactivate anyone they want for any reason or no reason.

He can sue the passengers for defamation. The problem is that he will have to shell out a lot of money in legal fees to get a uncollectible judgment.
