"They're all gangsters" is a popular justification of the male homicide rate disparity in radical feminist circles ( or just on female safespaces on reddit ) but does this hold any credibility?

No , the majority of all male homicide victims ( around 50% ) are killed by someone they do not know , furthermore this idea can't really justify the fact that 63% of all white homcide victims are male.

Also the idea that most male homicide victims are gangsters borders the line of racism as you could literally use this to justify the fact that porportionately the black homicide rate is 10x higher than the white homicide rate furthermore what about Latino's?

Are all Latino murder vicitms now gangsters too?

This justification is just pure sexism and abit of racism sprinkled in.

Also a minor tidbit , men are most likely to be shot however they are usualy shot by strangers and since gangs are concentrated in Latino and Black Ghetto's , you could only apply this "rationale" to them but to be honest this just makes your arguement racist as you are implying that most Latino's and Blacks and gangbangers .
