This is what happens when the shoe is on the other foot. Is this equality? Is this remotely fair? No. Parental alienation needs to be illeagle with real consequences and jail time.

Yeah, my aunt has some weird parental alienation thing going on with her son. I don't know the details, no one saw any reason to explain it to me, but the father was mostly at home and was very savvy with the legal system. He got full custody and managed to turn the kid against Mom. It sucks no matter the sex of the alienated parent.

I tried to use this argument when discussed divorce and why men "disappear" after it and don't even communicate with their kids - every time i said about this inequality i got tons of hysteria about "this bastards". The aggression and hate i received (i am women btw) made it clear why men really don't want to get in touch with their former wives. And if men get all these demands and orders with no real legitimate power to get things they are to have... i would give up as when my mental and physical health are under risk and i know i won't get anything positive from my former spouse.
