Bro, I suggest you pick up a team sport. You'll spend way more time around men (or other guys, at least), and if you want to become better at playing whatever game you choose you'll dedicate your time to training and whatnot. Playing a sport is also a great way to actually make use of the strength gains you'll get from all that weightlifting and eating. You'll soon forget about "girls" I guarantee it.

Your first obstacle to tackle is your desperation. You're obviously desperate because you posted on here, and the segment I quoted earlier. Women don't like desperate men, because it shows that other women don't want them. Women should be the cherry on top of the sundae that is your life, not the ice cream. Focus on school. Focus on self-improvement. And if it's absolutely untolerable, fap. I know you started NoFap, but moderation is better than isolation. Do you guys have a rugby team? They usually don't have cuts so you won't have to worry much about rejection and they need guys. they usually throw good parties to raise your social status a bit and make friends on and off the field, plus haze the new guys quite a bit to make you and all the other freshman/sophomores pretty tight.

You don't gotta get along with everyone on the team but you'll make a solid group of friends on the team with a lot of the other new guys, and being that skinny if you're quick and get the offense down they'll train you to play a forward (offensive) which is pretty fun. it will help you get in better shape and you'll have less time to jerk off, find some wingmen for talking to chicks, and find spotters in the gym. You're team might even have reserved gym times and the upperclassman can probably teach you a lot.

Gym bro. Gym. From the way you write, it sounds like you are into the gaming, compsci type world. Nothing wrong with that. Get a degree and learn to program some stuff, youll be charging 120 an hour for your services so keep on it. Mechanical engineering is not beta either, I have two friends who are mechanical engineers who work in machine shops with heavy machinery. Pretty manly ass shit. It all just depends and where you end up and what you accelerate in.

Do you have any atheltic ability? What are you good at? Any musical talent? If not, what kind of music do you like? If your overwhelming desire for sexual gratification is making you miserable, maybe now isn't the best time to go NoFap. I'm not saying don't do it ever... but you might want to fight your battles one at a time. Personally, I don't know how anyone could manage to stay cool and aloof with all that pent up frustration. If I'm going "out", I usually just beat off before I get dressed and I'm good to go again by the time I'm done putting my shoes on (it's good to be 25).

That being said: Go fucking lift. I know you've already started, and that's great... but transform yourself into a gym rat. From your description, you sound like you're an ectomorph (as am I), which means you make hard gains... but you CAN make gains (as I understand it, reigning Mr Olympia Phil Heath is also an ectomorph). Just a few tips:

Don't "work out". Train. If you're not hurting at all times while you're in the weightroom, you're doing it wrong. If you're doing it right, you will experience soreness during the following days. Don't worry, you'll learn to love it.
Don't skip leg day. A jacked upper body is all good and well, but don't be the guy with chicken legs and no ass.
Take your Glutamine and BCAA's.
Use good form and do all your reps. Using light weight might seem embarrassing, but dropping your weight halfway through your second set because you don't know your own body is way worse.
Re-rack your weights. This is a little off topic, it just pisses me off when people don't.
Don't forgo cardio. Skinny =/= good cardiovascular shape.
Admire yourself in the mirror every so often. A flex here, a pose there... just in between sets. I've always been fond of saying that the most important thing that you can take away from the weight room is positive self image.
Maybe find a friend to go with you. It's nice to have someone motivate you and call you a pussy bitch when you're too tired to go or don't want to finish your reps.

The gym is going to be your best friend. When I was in boot camp, we were getting measured for dress uniforms one day and the tailor gave me a jacket 4 sizes large on purpose and just took it way in. He just pointed at me and said "From now on, you live at the gym, got it?". That little guido motherfucker gave me the best advice ever. Here's why the gym is your best friend:

Testosterone boosters are expensive as fuck. Not jerking off is substantially cheaper. I read about this study on the bodybuilding.com forums where a team of Japanese researchers found that if you don't cum, the serum testosterone levels in your blood increase pretty sharply up until about 7 days. You want to know what to do with all your pent up sexual energy? Do some fucking squats, son.
It's hard to be depressed when you're sore as fuck.
Once you start to make some gains, you'll notice that "I know for a fact none of them will want me" bullshit start to fade. Confidence and lean muscle mass are directly correlated.
Yoga pants.
In addition to getting tore up from the floor up, you'll just be healthier in general. It's much easier to work on your mental state if your body feels good.

See a shrink. Most colleges in the us (if that's where you are) give students a few sessions as part of their tuition. Fix your inner game and get your self and your passions in order. Neediness ruins attraction. Women are the consequence of a good passionate life, not the main thing.

Its tempting to get caught up in the game in college (I was in your shoes 6 years ago) as it seems everyone and their mom gets laid, but having your schooling, networking and purpose besides women is very important.
