Just watched a fictional movie about killing witches in England, and of course it showed yet again how male victims are ignored, and men are portrayed in films to be ridiculously evil.

In some countries and time periods, almost no women at all were accused or prosecuted. And as a whole it might be close to about 50/50.

Even in Salem when the stereotype was that it was mostly women who did witchcraft, 25% of the victims were still men. And this is probably one of lowest proportions of men out of any witch scare in history.
