Improving my English conversational skills is the single most important self-improvement for me as my poor English is the reason for my inability to make new friends, get a girlfriend and get better grades.
I'm in my 20s and not a kid any more so my brain doesn't absorb a language naturally like kids do. Has anyone learned a new language as a young adult and became fluent in it? Any tips, books, podcast, etc for me?
