In my lifetime I have met one man who would scold and shame if my performance was deemed below his expectations. All the others were women, and were usually when my performance was similar to others around me.

Why are women leaders so selfish that they cannot realize that such behavior not only does not motivate people to improve, but is demoralizing and creates a 'toxic work environment'? Guys are straight to the point and say, 'do it this way' or 'change that'.

I don't think this has much to do with being a woman per se, I think it has to do with POWER, people seem to think that when women get lots of power they are going to be so much different than men in power. NO, NO they are not.

New Zealand has a prime minister who happend to have a baby just after coming into power and now she behaves like all the citizens are children. She even wasted half a million dollars putting in a kids slide outside of parliament. But all the people with mummy issues love her.

when I served in the Army, I saw this kind of behavior from females in leadership positions WAY more than men.

It's like women have been raised from childhood being told "if you want to be leader, you've got to be an iron bitch to everyone 24x7".

Men lead by competency, women lead by screaming...it's the unfortunate reality for the armed forces.
