Got hit with this 'supervised visitation' thing, and i'm trying to figure out how to make it work. Supposedly i have a minimum visitation schedule - every other weekend, one weeknight, every other holiday, and a stretch of time in the summer. But it's all supposed to be supervised. So how do i get my kids overnight? It says we have to agree on the supervisor, but so far she has refused to agree to anyone i've proposed. The only person she approves of is her BFF, who hates me, and would be impossible for an overnight visit. My family is all in Canada, so no choices there. So far I've seen my kids once in the past two months, thanks to her simply refusing every supervisor I've proposed. What can i do?
