The regret from signing a legal agreement is apparently real. Guess people aren't above lying through their teeth when the relationship goes south and the lure of significant financial gain is on the line.

I hope she gains nothing other than what was agreed upon in the prenup.

If she was so traumatized, why did she marry him then? Was she forced into the marriage through fear? Well then the whole marriage is null and void and should simply be annulled as if it never happened. Her story holds no water.

Prenups are not enough these days. If you must get married you have to meet with two lawyers before 1) divorce lawyer to do the prenup 2) estate lawyer, why an estate lawyer? I don't plan on passing away soon? They have the most experience with trust. They can setup a trust to protect your assets. So you but some real estate in a trust. The Trust now owns the RE, you don't. But your control the trust. You can;t take something from someone if they don't own it. PS I'm not a lawyer take this for 2 cents.

If the court throws out the prenup, Ik quite a few men’s rights activists who are gonna be very unhappy and make sure anything she does get is either gone or destroyed afterwards. Typical feminist pandering, she signed a prenup, she has to eat the consequences.
