Of course the law doesn't recognize the rape of a man, I suppose. So he can be: drunk, drugged, unconscious, sleeping, threatened, restrained, etc...

A story:

A man is attacked by three women with knives. They have sex one by one on him. He sues them. The judge says that since he is a man he cannot be raped by a woman since there is no penetration. The women sue him for rape because he did not get their consent. He goes to prison.

I wrote a comment there but it was removed. I don't understand why it is not against women at all. Oh well I should have learn already not to comment in those subs.

What? Those laws fully make sense, you should get a yes, instead of not getting a no, they shouldn't be raped for being drunk. What is your point? The PS is bullshit though.

So Sweden also adopted Yes only consent law of Spain in which the accused is convicted if he didn't hear yes. That means if the accuser is saying she didn't say yes, that will be taken as universal truth.

Rate of conviction has increased to 75% because of this law which is obvious.
