Well I mean I would blame that man, he chose to take those drugs and get himself in that state, you know?

But it's great you don't blame all men for these things, he's just one person and like the man who stopped him there are good men out there too.

Judging all men based off only the bad examples of them is the same as judging all women based off the ones who kill their children.

Awesome? Let's call it what it is: White-knighting, simping.

Women are better, smarter and stronger than men in every way, at least so the headlines of mainstream news (BBC: Women are stronger than men) and speeches by ex-Presidents (Obama: Women are indisputably better than men) have told us so.

So there is nothing that he, a mere male, could have done that a woman could not have done faster and better.

So your roommate is like this guy Francisco, who decided to white-knight and save a woman who was being held hostage by a gunman. Francisco jumped on the gunman and grappled for the gun, getting fatally shot several times, while the woman takes one look and runs away without even trying to help. This is what you love about white-knights and simps - they sacrifice their lives to make YOUR world a safer place.

Their world isn't safe - it is filled with danger - that they place themselves in - for YOUR benefit. You don't really love them, or rather, you 'love' what they do for you.

True love is unconditional, selfless and altruistic. It means valuing someone's life more than your own. You let him risk his life for you, so you don't have true love for him.

You don't love him, you love that he risks his life for your safety.
