Can someone please give this info in relation to violent crime rate o r number of police encounters?

If there's racism systemically involved in this I want to know so I can know I'm not protesting a boogeyman but all the dara I've seen suggests that blacks are no more likely to be shot than whites, and race of the officer is not a factor, but if you have conflicting data, please show. Most figures seem to put violent crime rates in the bl ack community around 50% and shooting like 25-30%. Men on the other hand, 95% of shootings, usually between 70 and 90% of violent crime. I know men are more likely to be arrested, chafgedand convicted which surely inflates their crime rate, Iimagine something similar may exist for blacks. Please enlighten me.

PS I have zero doubt on the existence of racially motivated police killings, my question is whether evidence exusts that blacks are statistically targeted more than whites or other races.
