Applies to men just as much.

Applies to men as well. Tho getting pregnant is somewhat different from being trapped into parenthood and child support.

This probably does affect girls more than boys, but does this really change due to the pandemic?

Again, without reading the whole report I don't see how the numbers of FGM would rise due to the pandemic. But certainly MGM is a much more widely spread problem.
