I know in Germany where I come from they are extremely biased towards mothers. To the point where unless the mother has huge issues like drug abuse etc. the courts will pretty much automatically side with the mother. Same thing happened with my parents lol.

If I ever have a child custody case I hope to have JJ as my Judge, at least I’ll have a fighting chance
