How hard is it to imagine that another person, regardless of sex, can use force, threats or weapons to rape someone else, regardless of their sex...

For just a few examples.

She can shove something up his butt, randomly or during sex, without his consent. She can force him to have sex with her at knife point or by threat. She can sneak up on him while he is sleeping. She can seduce him when he is 11 years old.

A penis can get hard regardless of emotional state, often it only needs physical stimulation. I cannot count the times my girlfriend asked me some version of "why are you hard" and I had to reply "no idea, it has a mind of its own, maybe my pants rubbed against it".

People absolutely DO make the argument that women can not rape men, because erection.

This comes with the territory, if you are going to support men's rights this is exactly the kind of thing you will find yourself having to listen to and even to respond to.

Please use this space where you at least are surrounded by supporters and friends to address this type of thing, it's something you will find yourself doing a lot, and in much more hostile places.

Imagine this:

You have a roomate that likes you, a lot. But you take the time to discuss that you're not interested. Later she looks up your social media feed and finds out your out on the town drinking with your buddies. Maybe you had a little too much to drink that evening. Behold, your roomate shows up at just the right moment to pick you up and offers to take you home. You're too wasted to say no so you go home. She gets you back and starts dragging you into her room, taking off your clothes as she goes, you're barely able to stand. She pulls it out and stimulates it till she can get it in, you're helpless to stop it. She slams you in sloppily and goes at it, all the while the back of your head is screaming at you that this is wrong. You finally get enough grip on reality to escape and make it to your own room. The next morning your friend show you the recording of the sounds from the night before, they are all from her.

No means no. If they can't protest, it's rape. It doesn't matter the gender of the instigator.
