Any older TRP’ers able to get and maintain visible abs in their mid 40’s?

I ask because, other than it just being physically harder / slower to lost midsection fat, I also wonder if being your BF levels that low ends up detrimental to your overall SMV.

I’ve noticed when I cut aggressively I almost always look older, but when I’m bulking, although I’m puffier I look more healthy.

Any tricks (other than pinning) to get a good balance?
