First time posting here,

I searched this and I wasn't able to find what I was looking for, so hopefully you gentlemen can help me out here.

For the past 3 years my divorce has been slightly messy. I'm still married unfortunately and this keeps coming up and i'm trying to figure out what to do about it.

For the past 2 years we've filed taxes joint to "get more money" even though we've been living separately the whole time. She has our two kids and doesn't work or live in the house that we own. I haven't seen a dime of that money.

I believe she just started going to school but hasn't been for the past couple years.

She said that's fine but she's going to claim the kids. This is my only issue, I've been sending her money that the US Military requires me to send for her and the kids since there's no support agreement in writing. As far as i know she runs a photography business that she DOESN'T claim taxes on.

I'm at a loss at what my next move should be. Any and all help is appreciated, and my DM's are open if you'd like to pm me.
