My advice is to get good legal advice on how to walk away from all this, let it rot and have the least damage. That may sound hard, but many men went before you thinking they could win and lost everything bit by bit. Not only money but their mind/health. If you have a family member you trust beyond death figurely speaking, then setup a new company under their name and move your customers over. Close the other company. Let the new company hire you at average wage so make it all plausible. Research if declaring bankruptcy or personal bankruptcy works as an advantage for you. Everything else that is said to be part of marriage assets, liquidate it all. Be done and over with it as fast as possible. You can debate as much as you want but the you arguing your case in front of a Nazi judge while you are a Jew, while your wife is part of the waffen SS. Nothing good will come from it. Save yourself and your kids, especially your first born needs you. Stressed, burned out and on the edge will not help you or your kids. After your divorce you can regroup and rebuild.
