These two introduced bills are for childhood sexual victims:

PA house Bill 962 that was introduced:

would allow childhood victims to file civil lawsuits until they reach age 55. That age is currently 30 under the statute of limitations. The bill would also remove the statute of limitations altogether for criminal cases. Young adult victims would have until the age of 30 to file civil claims and 20 years to file criminal prosecutions.

PA house bill 963 that was introduced:

Would provide a two-year window to submit claims in civil court if the statute of limitations has already expired for that victim. The change would require a constitutional amendment. For that to happen, the bill would need to be approved again in the next legislative session and then go before voters as a ballot question, which could happen as early as Spring 2021.

These two bills when combined will not be beneficial to anyone (majority being men) who may have broken off/ended a relationship with someone who feels vengeful, or who may have angered someone who wants to see them punished for angering them.

This will open the door wide open for liars to destroy actual innocent men just because they want that man to pay for slighting them in any way shape or form.
