This is a dumbass question. You can be gay, straight, married, single, or even a woman and support mens rights. This is a sad attempt to poke at people. And to characterize the actions of one person or a small group of people, is no different then saying all muslims are terrorists. Get a life.

For the record, there is no barrier to entry for men's rights. If you want to be an MRA you can be. That means that there is likely to be incel and gay men's rights activists.
