This is what happens when you accept the social justice hierarchy. Everything has to be fit into these neat little boxes of intersecting oppression and privilege. It's such an obvious political narrative, not designed to explain the world around us but to form an alliance of minority groups. For example imagine thinking that BLM being focused on men was a sign of male privilege but being focused on black people was a reaction to discrimination. When you look at the data both men and black people are much more likely to be killed by police and also much more likely to commit crime. You gotta pick one if you want to be consistent. But consistency is difficult when you are trying to appease multiple demographics around many different issues.

Ok, this guy has the strangest case of male-guilt ever. According to him black men are more privileged than black women.

Why you may ask? Well, because people are getting outraged about all the black men who get killed by the police (I looked this one up, nobody is as likely to be shot by the police as black men, they get shot about thrice as likely as white men, and about 30 times as likely as black women). And a whole lot other different things people get deservingly outraged about. But why does none of this count?

Because of the black women, black women don't get enough attention for their problems, and black men are committing domestic violence against them.

Now I am not a social scientist, but in general crime decreases is income inequality and the number of poor people goes down. So maybe, instead of shitting on black men, one would try to give them actual equal opportunities and a way out of their shitty situation might solve the problem. But not according to this dude I guess, we need more programs for black women, because they have it worse.

Really, I had to check if this was not published in the Onion, which is even the same publisher. They might want to move it to a different issue. I still feel like I ate the Onion.
