Expecting sympathy from women is like expecting your dog to talk, it isn't going to happen. This is why male only spaces are important and why we need to get these back. Men used to be able to go to the bar and complain about how "bitches be crazy" but that is gone, or play some dnd but that is gone, or play some darts, but that is gone etc etc.

To be fair, we are just as much to blame about depression in men. We don't talk to each other, there's no way you'd go into your local pub or football changing room or on your mates what's app group and get much sympathy if you talked about your feelings
