It’s a stale joke so you don’t see it much these days, but anyone older than... say their teenage years will certainly remember when there was a common sitcom joke in which the mild mannered or generally harmless man inadvertently committed a crime, or looked guilty via bad circumstances, and the punchline was: ‘I can’t go to jail! I’m too pretty to go to jail!’ Because the court doesn’t care, and neither will Bubba. Ha, ha, he’s going to be raped! (/s on that last line, of course.)

And now ‘I’m too pretty’ is literally a defense for women.

To be fair you can be spared jail, depending, i know a guy that was going to be let off because it was his first ever offense. He however realised how dangerous it was and actually requested a suspension of his license, confused, the police did do it.

However, being 'too pretty' is some backwards sexist idea. Treat women like people, if they do wrong, do what is necessary.
