The fuck. Did not even know this was a crime. In fact the guy on the birth certificate usually the one that ends up paying child support. Even after it is proven that they are not the father. Never heard of the woman being arrested for this. But i have seen a few stories where the guy is forced to pay for someone elses kid. Just because their name is on the birth certificate.

My mother actually did that shit to my father. Named my brother after him, and everything. She didn't get him to pay child support after he found out it was not his. Mostly because she did not even know that she could. There is precedent though.
