Time to start bringing rubber door jams with you everywhere you go... toss three down and kick them into the back side of the door so you can use the room privately yourself.

Believe it or not, there's actually a logical, non-sexist reason for this. Most countries have requirements for medical waste related to women-specific and accessible toilets that don't apply to men's or general unisex toilets. Rather than increasing standards for the existing men's toilets, which would require paying more money and possible increased cleaning costs, it makes sense to split womens/disabled and unisex toilet types instead. With the universal sign of accessibility on there, that means all men with accessibility requirements can still use those "women" toilets regardless (enforcing otherwise would be illegal discrimination).

And only the women's bathroom is wheel chair accessible so men in wheel chairs can't use it.

This is probably done to let whoever's waiting use any other free room to keep the woman's line short since it's usually long af, but what I don't get is why the woman's bathroom isn't gender neutral too. Guys sometimes wait in long lines too!

While I understand your sentiment, you are falling into the same trap feminists do. Men and women are biologically different, and that affects everything, including the time required to use the bathroom. I have no issue with this.

My issue is the double standard that is always applied in a manner that only benefits women at the expense of men. Feminists only argue biology when it benefits them, and argues equality when it doesn't.

NYC has passed a bill requiring changing stations in men's rooms for all new buildings. It looks like others are following suit. Having changed my tykes on the bed of a pickup, this is a welcome change.
