No idea what she is trying to say but at the same time, it is as expected.

She used the word "lectured" i.e. mansplainig. She is also suggesting that men realize there are bad men out there. So all men bad...even the ones trying to help because in her mind she thinks that men think she too stupid to understand. And that would be a fair assement if every rape, sexual assault, bad relationship story didnt start out with "I thought he was a nice guy...."
