People go to festivals hoping to hook up. It's usually up to the man to initiate. If it's unwelcome, the woman can say she's harassed. This is attempted social manipulation by people who have a problem with normal male proceptivity. Tarantino had it down in one sentence: "I reject your hypothesis."
