I recently had a lot of time to my self for personal reflection, when I stumbled onto TRP. There's no going back now. I started seeing myself as a blue pill. I was fairly disgusted with what I had become. Working out was something I had been working on already, so no changes made in that department. Except that I've solidified my commitment to myself. My great challenges will be social. Two of my girl friends, who I had allowed to put me in the friend zone, have commented that I've "been mean" lately, when I won't do or say what they want.
I've been dressing much nicer at work and people have told me that I look better and even seem taller.
I've signed up for a local rugby Club, been meditating, audio booking on my way to work, and forcing myself to go out more.
I already see small fruits of my labor, and I couldn't be happier with the changes in my life.
