Interesting story and reactions on AskMen. Pre redpill I would be right there with them calling her rude and bitchy and wouldn't have understood why she reacted that way. Now given theredpill it all makes sense.

I'll quote the important bits

Meet the protagonist

I am 23, never had any serious relationships or any for that matter. I've always been that type of person that laughs makes other people laugh. Always smiling and lightning up the mood, a real comedian you would say. But for some reason that has only been an outter shell, a coping mechanism. I think I use jokes and laughter and smiles to cover up the loneliness deep down.

Meet the oneitis

I fell for her pretty hard. Ever since the first day I started, 3months ago, we just clicked and bonded. We hit it off and flirted all the time. I even lost a bet on purpose to her just so I would have a chance to get her something. I work afternoons and she works nights. So our shifts only overlap for an hour, mind you that's more than enough for me to get girly butterflies. I literally count down the minutes till she gets there. When she starts work, I start my break at the lunch room and she even comes for my whole break and we just talk and joke.

He asks her out

I keep asking what she's doing on Saturday after she's told me she's hanging out with her family. Sunday is the other day she's off but my mind isn't thinking because my heart is using of the blood from keeping me from having a heart attack. She kept looking at me like she knew or anticipated me asking her out.

So as my break finishes we go back to our desks. Fast forward to the end of my shift, I go to the lunch room and grab my bag and on the way back I make it official to ask her. Nervously I go up to her desk and blurt everything out at the same time. I just came out as ...Sunday...do you wanna get something...eat?

BAM. Waited lifted off my shoulders and for sure all the signs point to her saying yes. No, that's not the case. She looks at my all funny and says maybe she'll see if she's not busy, but gives me her number.

Didn't went that well. His frame is weak, but she is giving him the benefit of the doubt. Apparently she sees something in him or at least enjoys his company enough for orbiter status.

But when I texted her today, I said "Hey, Boston pizza today at 12pm".

That is the next interaction. He changes his frame completely. From weak, nervous, low value to commanding. And of course that can't and won't fly uncontested

But to my surprise she says and I quote...

"I won't be able to make it tomorrow. I know you have nothing better to do with your life but I'm busy".

That is the point where the blue pill and red pill interpretations diverge. She isn't trying to be a bitch here, she is shit testing him. And the shit test is equally big to his change in frame. She has to find out what she is dealing with. A confident high value man who can (and has in her opinion the right to) command her to show up at 12pm or an insult from a nervous wrack.

His reply is a complete break down and reset to his former weak frame (one of his comments)

I tried to make light of it and reply with " what makes you so busy that even 1 hour is too much haha? I thought she was half joking but she hasn't replied. Seems as though she's serious haha

No wonder that doesn't work. It can't work. It shouldn't work.

The best response in AskMen with +21 is that one

It could of just been in jest and she was awaiting a witty response from you? Based on what you stated, it doesn't make sense why she would go out of her way to be an evil bitch to you?

Half way there.

But the default answer there is a different one. In the update thread (really not anything worthwhile in it, it just had the better title and made the frontpage) we have a count of >10 cunt insults and and equal number of bitch insults. Some "you dodged a bullet" for good measure. And the general idea is that he should cut contact back to the bare minimum required for work.

In this case, the red pill interpretation is by far the less bitter and angry one.
