How to stay happy and be positive no matter what ?

It's all in your outlook of life. If you're always doing what you love and working towards some sort of mission you'll for the most part be happy and positive. No one can really show you the way, only direct you.

I think you mean stoic and confident, happiness is a capricious emotion that can come and go at any time. Stability (job, money, sex life ) is key.

You can't. Struggle and suffering is necessary for happiness and satisfaction. Happiness can only come as a result of contrast.

But you can deal with bullshit and difficulties when they happen.

After all, suffering is not a choice, but misery is.

Emotions are like clouds. Good or bad, they come and go. As long as you’re doing stuff you enjoy and enriching your life for today and tomorrow, you’re on the right path.

Other than that, mediation helps a lot. I’d rather feel at peace than trying to stay happy.

Being happy no matter what is delusional. Don't do it.

You shouldn't be happy about bad situations. You should fix them.
