Women’s value is defined by the caliber of man willing to commit to them, whereas men’s’ value is determined by the quality of women willing to sleep with them without commitment.

I have only had 2 boyfriends (I’m 30) in my life, and that was in college. I understand that my value is dropping sharply, and the fact that no one has wanted to commit to or marry me indicates that I am not particularly dateable, and never was.

Is there any way I can increase my worth, even a little bit? I think I’d make a great wife and mom, but can’t seem to get a guy to stay long-term (I don’t sleep with them until several dates in, and even then I like to hold off until it’s official, which it never is).

I can’t lose THATmuch more weight (my BMI is 20), I already have beautiful hair, come from a good family, and I practice staying feminine as much as I can (no partying, talking loudly, or trying to control men). Maybe becoming a better cook? Becoming more submissive? Holding off on sex until marriage?

I’m trying hard to lower my expectations. I don’t expect much in terms of emotional engagement, and I never ask men to do anything they don’t want to, which includes paying for dates - I know they can find someone of higher value to do that for, and beggars can’t be choosers.

Advice is welcome! :)
