Smoking is the most retarded of all addictions. There are literally zero benefits. You don't even get high. If you absolutely need to do something as retarded as that, just burn the equal amount of money a pack costs. You will at least not harm your health and stink like an ashtray.

If you are contemplating starting to smoke because of the effect it might have on women, you got a whole lot to work on your mindset to do.

If an alpha smokes he still remains alpha. If a beta smokes he still remains beta.

Smoking won't make you alpha if you are beta, and if you are already an alpha you don't need it.

It probably used to be, as people weren't as aware of the cost. To some it is, and to some it isn't. But I'd suggest not to get into that crap even if it made you more alpha, too many risks.

I've noticed women giving me looks when I smoked cigarettes. It's more of a "I don't give a fuck if I die" attitude. There's so many studies in 2018 that prove that it gives cancer and fucks up your health.

It's definitely not going to get you laid. But if some stressed out mess decides to join you for a cigarette you can pound one out with her. Stick to ecigs/nicotine vaporizers. You want a buzz; get a vape.

I've personally witnessed a giant bulky ass guy taking a bitch into his apartment; taking her back to her car and lighting up a cig. Even then it's just a terrible habit that he's probably not proud of; so much shit on his mind that he doesn't even think about it an unconsciously lights one at that point. If you have time to think about smoking and posting the question on Reddit you know you shouldn't be smoking cigs.
