be objective instead of bringing gay mra arguments, india literally casts the whitest looking indians they can find in bollywood, a white woman literally can't go to india without getting raped, and generally skin color determines your status.

on top of that, they are still the only culture who practice unironic arranged marriage in 2023? why should women be obliged to simp or pity for them, european men are objectively better choices in this case, not that she will get with a white guy, she will be forced to marry a bald currycel.

Yes it sells, but not to people 18+ and it’s viewed as a “phase” in Asian society. As an Asian individual who frequently travels to different Asian countries several times throughout the year to find potential Asian influencers for the brand I co-founded, I can confidently say that k-media isn’t treated serious anywhere in Asia unless you are a minor. Drama roles/actors are treated with more respect since they eventually pivot to more serious roles but like I said, if it’s specifically anything “pop” related, it’s looked down upon by the majority. The top percentile I was referring to isn’t white people, I was specifically referring to the very attractive Asian males who look similar to those individuals featured in k-media. Do you really think that every Asian guy looks like those picture perfect individuals? As someone who basically scouts for Asian influencers, those individuals are extremely rare to come across. For every 50 individual that’s reaches out to me via Instagram, I can usually only select 1-3 for interviews.
