Doesnt mask the smell, people are beign polite with you (i dont know why), take a shower, not everyday if you dont want to, but every other day its healthy, for you, for your skin, for your hair, for other people and we are in the 21 century not in some medieval time where people uses perfume to mask odor, in my opinion body spray smells awful.

Fucking hell, I’ve been taking two showers a day for as long as I can remember. I’m in and out of the house every day, college, private classes, martial arts. And I don’t want to smell like fucking sweat when my girl gives me a blowjob. It is just gross.

Imagine you fucked a girl that smelled. It is, at least personally, a turn-off.

For hygiene, I do the following:

-Shower two times a day, in the morning and at night, cold and hot water. At night I wash my hair, but I have a military cut, so it’s basically just to keep it clean.

-Brushing teeth twice a day, flossing at night or after meals.

-Shaving every day, or every other day at the most.

-Deodorant with no odor and cologne every day. Nothing more than subtle.

-Once a week I do an all-around clean-up and trim (nails, pubes etc). I have to keep my nails short, so that I wont slice partners I roll with in BJJ.

And that’s about it. I’ll use some Nivea Men cream every other weak just to keep my face, hands and chest hydrated. Especially in winter.
